Shirodhara
Shirodhara is an Ayurvedic therapy performed by focusing a small steady stream of herbal oil, milk or buttermilk on a person’s forehead, specifically on the third eye. During this time, your mind will become relaxed and clear of thoughts.

Abhyanga (Full or partial body massage)
Abhyanga means herbalized warm oil massage. In Abhyanga we use specialized custom prepared warm oils infused with herbs specific to your constitution for full and sometimes partial body massage.

Shiroabhyanga (Head massage with oil)
Head is the most important part of the body because of all of the sensory organs (such as eyes, nose, ears and tongue). Therefore, massaging the head provides nourishment to all these senses and promotes their normal and natural functions.

Swedana

Netra Tarpan (Eye treatment)
In this treatment, dough dam or eyecups is placed around both closed eyes and warm mediated oil is slowly poured into the dam, which reduces eye strain and stress. This relaxing eye bath treatment nourishes the deep connective tissue of the eye.

Nasya (Nasal treatment)
According to Ayurveda, the nose is a door of the head. Nasya is a treatment that begins with a facial massage, including neck and head massage. After the massage, steam is used to soothe and open the nasal passage and warm oil is applied to each nostril.
